Two-way Google Calendar sync is live
Appointments AIRIN books now land on your Google Calendar in real time, and changes you make there flow back — no double-entry.
When AIRIN, your AI receptionist, books an appointment on a call, it now appears on your connected Google Calendar within seconds — assigned to the right calendar, with the caller's name and the service address already filled in. There's nothing to copy over by hand.
Sync runs both directions. If you move, reschedule, or cancel that appointment in Google Calendar, the change flows back so your dashboard and your calendar never disagree. AI-booked events are tagged so you can always tell at a glance what came from a call.
Why it matters
Most missed jobs aren't missed on the phone — they're lost in the handoff between whoever answered and whoever runs the schedule. Closing that gap means the calendar your team already lives in is the same calendar AIRIN writes to, with no re-keying and no drift.
